2. Payments & Work Process
Payments are structured based on our agreement. Typically, projects begin after an initial payment or deposit, with subsequent payments tied to milestones or deliverables. Work will not commence until the agreed payment terms are met.
3. Revisions & Feedback
I aim to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with your needs. A reasonable number of revisions are included as part of the scope. Requests beyond the agreed scope or excessive revisions may incur additional charges. Timely feedback from you is essential to keep projects on track.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (reports, code, dashboards, workflows, or documentation). I reserve the right to showcase anonymized project outcomes or case studies in my professional portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Timelines & Delays
I strive to meet agreed timelines. However, delays may occur if required inputs, approvals, or feedback are not provided on time. Open communication is encouraged to minimize disruptions.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled partway, any refund will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point. Deposits or initial payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
